Please see below to view how long it will take your package to get from our factory to its location.We guarantee the quality of our gourmet pretzels and take the utmost care to package them so they arrive in excellent condition. Your order will be processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. To ensure the quality of our product, we may choose not to ship on Friday so that your pretzels do not sit over the weekend.
Summer Shipping:
During the summer months (May – September) we ship our pretzels in an insulated box with ice packs.
**Because of the extra packaging that is required to guard against the heat, the shipping price is raised $5.00 during these months (*if the weather in the location to where the pretzels are being shipped does not require such packaging the shipping price will be adjusted once the package is shipped and you will be notified via email of the reduction in cost).
Time in transit for UPS ground is as follows:
1-2 days Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, New York (*New York City and the surronding area is 2 to 3 days), North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, Wisconsin
